Created an organization called Monarcas para México to educate the public in San Miguel de Allende about Milkweed, specifically Asclepias curassavica. Actively working with the local Audobon Society to create and maintain a garden for Monarch
butterflies as well as other species of butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and bats in the city park and well as on campus at her university ITESM Queretaro. Enjoys hiking and camping around Mexico where she is currently living as well as volunteering in her area.
